Harris Williams Advises Kantar Health on its Sale to Cerner Corporation

Harris Williams, a global investment bank specializing in M&A advisory services, announces it advised Kantar Health, a division of Kantar and portfolio company of Bain Capital Private Equity, on its sale to Cerner Corporation (NASDAQ: CERN; Cerner), a global healthcare technology company, for $375 million in cash, subject to adjustment. Kantar Health is a leading global healthcare data, analytics and research provider. The transaction was led by Paul Hepper, Geoffrey Smith, Stephan Doering, Nathan Robertson, Christopher Duerolf and Brian Jones of the Harris Williams Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) Group and Dan Linsalata of the firm’s Technology Group.
