Harris Williams & Co. Advises Asset Marketing Services in its Recapitalization

Harris Williams & Co., a preeminent middle market investment bank focused on the advisory needs of clients worldwide, announces the recapitalization of Asset Marketing Services (AMS), a leading multi-channel direct marketer of high-value collectible coins and proprietary branded jewelry and watches.  AMS is a portfolio company of Stone Arch Capital (Stone Arch).  Harris Williams & Co. acted as the exclusive advisor to AMS.  The recapitalization closed on October 4, 2012 and was led by Patrick McNulty, Tiff Armstrong, Ryan Nelson and John Klim from Harris Williams & Co.’s Richmond office.
