Harris Williams & Co. Advises Capula Group Limited in its Sale to International Strategic Buyer Imtech N.V.
Harris Williams & Co., a preeminent middle market investment bank focused on the advisory needs of clients worldwide, announces the sale of Capula Group Limited (Capula), a leading independent provider of IT systems focused on the energy and utilities markets, to international strategic buyer Imtech N.V. (Imtech). Capula was a portfolio company of Dunedin LLP (Dunedin). Harris Williams & Co. acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Capula. The transaction closed on May 30, 2012 and was led by Thierry Monjauze, Red Norrie and Nitin Khattar from the firm’s London office.
