(HelpSystems), a leading provider of IT operations, security and business intelligence software solutions, to H.I.G. Capital (H.I.G.). Harris Williams & Co. served as the exclusive advisor to HelpSystems, a portfolio company of Summit Partners (Summit). The transaction was led by Jeff Bistrong, Thierry Monjauze, Tyler Dewing, Priyanka Naithani and Scott Reinig of Harris Williams & Co.’s Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Group.
