Harris Williams & Co. Advises Huddle House, Inc. on its Sale

(Huddle House), a portfolio company of Sentinel Capital Partners (Sentinel), to a family office investor. Harris Williams & Co. served as financial advisor to Huddle House. The transaction was led by Glenn Gurtcheff, Brant Cash, Andy Warczak and Brant Wilczek of Harris Williams & Co.’s Consumer Group.

Huddle House is an Atlanta-based family dining restaurant chain known for serving “Any Meal, Any Time.” Since its founding in 1964, Huddle House has remained committed to its core values of serving freshly prepared, quality food in a warm, friendly environment that brings the community together. Huddle House serves a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner items across its footprint of over 350 restaurants, located primarily in the South and Southeast U.S.

Sentinel specializes in buying and building lower-middle market companies in the U.S. and Canada in partnership with management.
