(Clearlake), has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by RPX Corporation (RPX; NASDAQ: RPXC). The transaction, subject to customary closing conditions, is expected to close in January 2016 and is being led by John Arendale, Derek Lewis, John Klim and Trey Packard of Harris Williams & Co.’s Richmond office and Brennan Igoe of the firm’s Boston office.
