Harris Williams & Co. Advises JAWOOD the Sale to Strategic Buyer Genpact Limited
Harris Williams & Co., a preeminent middle market investment bank focused on the advisory needs of clients worldwide, announces the sale of JAWOOD, a national business process solutions and IT consulting firm that specializes in providing experience-driven solutions to healthcare payers, to Genpact Limited (Genpact) (NYSE: G). Harris Williams & Co. acted as the exclusive financial advisor to JAWOOD. The transaction closed on February 6, 2013, and was led by James Clark, Geoff Smith, and Jacques Fu from the firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) Group along with Sam Hendler from the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Group.
