Harris Williams & Co. Advises Potter Electric Signal Company, LLC on its Sale to Gryphon Investors

Harris Williams & Co. served as the exclusive advisor to Potter. The transaction was led by John Arendale, Eric Logue, Jenson Dunn and Chris Toussaint of Harris Williams & Co.’s Industrials Group.
