Harris Williams & Co. Advises TriTech Software Systems on its Strategic Investment from Friedman, Fleischer & Lowe
Harris Williams & Co. announces that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to TriTech Software Systems (TriTech), owned by founder Chris Maloney and WestView Capital Partners (WestView), with regard to a strategic investment from Friedman, Fleischer & Lowe (FFL) under which FFL acquired TriTech shares from Westview and other shareholders. The transaction was led by Jeff Bistrong, Jim Reinhart, Eric Reimers and Eric Kim from Harris Williams & Co.'s Technology, Telecom & Digital Media (TTDM) Group in Boston, MA and San Francisco, CA.
