Harris Williams & Co. Advises Utility Integration Solutions, Inc. in its Sale to Strategic Buyer Alstom SA

Harris Williams & Co. is pleased to announce that Utility Integration Solutions, Inc. (UISOL) has been acquired by strategic buyer Alstom Grid, one of the three global players in electrical transmission, a subsidiary of Alstom SA (ENXTPA:ALO). Harris Williams & Co. acted as exclusive advisor to UISOL. The transaction was led from the firm's Richmond office by Drew Spitzer of Harris Williams & Co.'s Energy & Power Group along with Jim Reinhart and Andy Hewlett from the firm's San Francisco office.
