Harris Williams & Co. Promotes Six Senior Professionals

Harris Williams & Co., a preeminent middle market investment bank focused on the advisory needs of clients worldwide, announces that it has promoted six senior professionals from the firm’s Richmond, Boston and Cleveland offices. Joe Conner, Ryan Nelson and Chris Rogers have been promoted to managing director; Tyler Dewing has been promoted to director; and Priyanka Naithani and Larissa Rozycki have been promoted to vice president. These promotions expand the senior capabilities across several of the firm’s offices and dedicated industry groups.

Joe Conner, a managing director in the firm’s Transportation & Logistics Group, has extensive operating and advisory experience in the transportation and logistics industry and has advised a diverse range of manufacturing, distribution and service businesses within the sector.  Prior to joining the firm, Conner worked in a number of finance, marketing and business development roles at leading transportation industry companies in the rail, marine, intermodal and logistics sectors. Select recent transactions include the sale of Caliber Collision Centers to OMERS Private Equity and the sale of a majority interest of A&B Rail Services Ltd. to a group of investors led by TorQuest Partners.

Ryan Nelson, a managing director in the firm’s Richmond office, has more than a decade of experience executing merger, acquisition, divestiture and capital raising transactions in the middle market.  Nelson has advised both public and private companies across a variety of industries, including advanced manufacturing; building products; paper and packaging; and business services. Select recent transactions include the sale of SeaStar Solutions to American Securities LLC and the sale of SRS Distribution Inc to Berkshire Partners.

Chris Rogers, a managing director in the firm’s Aerospace, Defense & Government Services Group, has extensive investment banking advisory and operating experience in the aerospace and defense industry, and wide-ranging expertise in the origination and successful senior level execution of middle market mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and financings. Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Rogers served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. Select recent transactions include the pending sale of the Haas Group Inc. to Wesco Aircraft Holdings, Inc and the sale of Pan Am Holdings, Inc. to ANA Holdings Inc.

Tyler Dewing, a director in the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecom Group, has experience across a variety of technology sectors including application software, enterprise software, data and informatics and infrastructure software, in verticals including energy, healthcare, finance, communications and others.  Select recent transactions include the sale of Homecare Homebase, LLC to Hearst Corporation and the sale of Help/Systems Holdco, LLC to Summit Partners.

Priyanka Naithani, a vice president in the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecom Group, has advised clients on M&A and capital raising transactions across a variety of sectors within technology, including software, SaaS, healthcare IT, technology-enabled services, digital media and eCommerce. Select recent transactions include the recapitalization of Business and Legal Resources and the sale of Sierra Trading Post Inc. to The TJX Companies, Inc. 

Larissa Rozycki, a vice president in the firm’s Cleveland office, serves as a senior member of the Harris Williams & Co.’s Business Development Team. Prior to joining Harris Williams & Co., Rozycki served as an investment banking associate as well as an investment banking analyst, where she provided transaction advisory and valuation services for both publicly traded and privately held middle market companies.
