Mr. Titterington is a director in Harris Williams' Technology Group focused on advising leading software and tech-enabled businesses on M&A, recapitalizations, and growth capital transactions. Over the course of his career, he has advised clients across a number of sectors including software/SaaS, data analytics, and digital media, in verticals including property & real estate technology, EHS & GRC technology, supply chain technology, e-commerce, education technology, HCM technology, among others.
Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Titterington was a vice president at Q Advisors, an investment banking firm where he advised public and private companies and private equity firms on mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and equity, project financings, and strategic advisory engagements. Mr. Titterington began his career as an analyst in the Communications, Media & Entertainment investment banking group at RBC Capital Markets.
Mr. Titterington earned a B.S.B.A in Finance from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. Mr. Titterington lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and daughter.
