Elliott Yousefian is a managing director at Harris Williams in the firm's Transportation & Logistics Group. He has extensive experience working with companies across several sectors, including automotive and heavy duty aftermarket, third party logistics, and transportation infrastructure, with a particular emphasis on the automotive aftermarket sector.

Elliott has over 10 years of experience advising clients on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, capital raisings, and financings. He is based in our Richmond office.

Education: M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. He earned his B.B.A. in Finance from James Madison University.
