Greg Waller is a managing director at Harris Williams in the firm's Energy, Power & Infrastructure Group. He has experience advising clients across sectors, including engineering and construction, water and wastewater solutions, environmental services, utility services, energy efficiency, telecom services and TICC.

Greg has 15 years of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, financings, and capital raising. He is based in our New York office.

Education: J.D./M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh; B.A. and M.A. in History from Youngstown State University
