Hiter Harris is the founder of Harris Williams. Since founding the firm in 1991, he has worked with his partners to build the firm into a leading global investment bank.

With more than 35 years of transactional experience, Hiter continues to provide strong leadership across the firm, exemplifying and upholding the guiding principles on which the firm was founded. Hiter is based in our Richmond office.

Education: M.B.A. from Harvard Business School; B.S. in Mathematics and Economics from Hampden-Sydney College, cum laude
