Nick Petrick is a director at Harris Williams in the firm's Transportation & Logistics Group. He has experience across several sectors, including third-party logistics, automotive and heavy duty aftermarket, and transportation infrastructure.

Nick has nearly 10 years of experience advising clients on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, capital raisings, and financings. He is based in our Richmond office.

Education: B.S. in both Finance and Economics from Pennsylvania State University
