Shinik Patel is a director at Harris Williams who works across all teams to deepen our relationships within the private equity community.

He has nearly a decade of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, financings, and capital raising. Shinik is based in our Richmond office.
