I joined Harris Williams when it opened its first European office in London. It was an exciting experience to be part of the firm’s international expansion in its early stages, while embarking on a new chapter of my own life. Now, our global presence and collaboration between offices are hallmark traits of the firm. I enjoy working alongside my worldwide teammates to advise clients with unique backgrounds and expertise. Each day is different, and it’s always interesting to learn from people who live and breathe their businesses while helping them to find even greater success.

Sylvain Noblet is a managing director at Harris Williams in the firm's Technology Group. He has deep experience advising clients across several sectors, including architecture, engineering, and construction; enterprise software; infrastructure software; IT and technology enabled services; real estate and property; and supply chain, transportation, and logistics.

Sylvain has over 14 years of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, financings, and capital raising. He is based in our London office.

Education: Masters in Corporate Finance at the Paris Dauphine University
