Mr. England is a director in Harris Williams’ Consumer Group. He has worked on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions across a variety of consumer segments, including branded and enthusiast consumer products, fitness and wellness, retail, multi-site consumer services, and food and beverage. Mr. England has spent his entire career in investment banking having joined Harris Williams as an analyst.

Mr. England earned a Masters in Finance from the Robert Day School of Economics and Finance at Claremont McKenna College and a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Claremont McKenna College.
