Harris Williams served as exclusive placement advisor to New Heritage Capital on the New Heritage Capital Fund IV, L.P. Fund IV closed with $438 million in capital commitments, significantly exceeding its target and hard cap. The fund closed on an accelerated basis in under 12 months in an otherwise difficult fundraising environment. Harris Williams has worked with Heritage, a Boston-based private equity firm with a 20-year history of partnering with growing, middle market, founder-owned businesses, on multiple engagements.

Fund IV will continue to leverage Heritage’s Private IPO® strategy that provides flexible capital to founders who want to reinvest in and grow their companies in the business services, healthcare, and specialized manufacturing sectors.
