Media Consent Policy

In exchange for the opportunity to appear in the Company Materials (as defined below), I give and grant for unlimited usage in perpetuity to Harris Williams LLC, PNC Bank National Association, the PNC Foundation and their affiliates, as well as their respective customers, clients, co-hosts/event partners, agents, contractors, licensees, successors and assignees (herein collectively called the “Licensed Parties”), the right to use, publish and copyright my name, picture, portrait, image, voice, participation, performance and likeness (“Publicity Rights”) in unlimited media, including without limitation broadcast, print and streaming media, social media, videos, webpages and YouTube channels, territory, and times (collectively, “Company Materials”), provided that, solely with respect to customers, clients, and co-hosts/event partners of Harris Williams LLC, the rights, waivers and releases granted hereunder apply only to my Publicity Rights photographed, filmed or otherwise recorded at an event sponsored by Harris Williams LLC. I further agree as follows:

1. I agree that all photographs and/or video and/or voice recordings of me used and taken by the Licensed Parties are owned by them and that they may copyright material containing the same. If I should receive any print, negative or other copy thereof, I will not authorize its use by anyone else.

2. I agree that no materials need be submitted to me for any further approval and the Licensed Parties shall be without liability to me for any use, distortion or illusionary effect resulting from the publication of my voice, image, picture, portrait, participation, performance, or likeness.

3. Nothing herein will constitute any obligation on the Licensed Parties to make any use of any of the rights set forth herein.

4. I hereby release, waive and discharge the Licensed Parties and their successors and assigns, and each of their respective officers, owners, members, managers, employees, agents, representatives, vendors and licensees from any and all demands or claims that I have or may have arising out of or in connection with the foregoing use of my rights as set forth herein.
