John Lautemann is a managing director at Harris Williams in the firm's Industrials Group. He has deep experience across the industrials market, with a specialized focus in the chemicals and specialty materials sector.

John joined Harris Williams in 2011 and has over 15 years of experience advising clients on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, capital raisings, and financings. He is based in our Richmond office.

Education: M.B.A from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a B.S.B.A from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
