Matt Crisafi is a director at Harris Williams in the firm's Industrials Group. He has worked with clients across several sectors, including building products and materials, specialty chemicals, industrial technology, and engineered equipment, products, and components.

Matt has over ten years of experience advising clients on a range of mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, capital raisings, and financings. He is based in our Richmond office.

Education: B.B.A. and MAcc degrees in finance and accounting, respectively, from the College of William & Mary
