John Arendale is a managing director at Harris Williams in the firm's Industrials Group. He has extensive experience across several sectors including chemicals; engineered equipment, components, and products; industrial technology; natural resources, metals, and mining; packaging; and building products and materials.
John has nearly 25 years of experience in the industry, advising clients on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments including divestitures, capital raisings, and financings. He is based in our Richmond office.
Education: M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and a B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Baylor University
