Jason Bass is a managing director at Harris Williams, serving as co-head of the firm's Industrials Group and the Transportation & Logistics Group. He has deep experience advising global clients across a variety of sectors and leads our teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes in automotive and heavy-duty aftermarket, industrials, and third party-logistics.

Jason has nearly 30 years of experience advising clients on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, capital raisings, and financings. Jason joined the firm in 2012 and is based in our Richmond office.

Education: B.S. with a concentration in Finance from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce
